So cute. I though the lights were already on the dress but you have to actually tie them on. All In all a good buy!Lights come separate and you have to figure out how to put them on...which we never did. I wanted it to look like the pic....dress is still beautiful without the lights thoJust had problems with figuring out how to string the lights onto the dress since you have to do it yourself. Would recommend making a YouTube video tutorial. I just did it the way I understood it and it turned out cute.Cheaply made, straps broke the first time she wore this! So disappointing as she loved it!This costume was cute and we got complements on it. But the lights had to be added, which was a pain. I am still not sure how it was meant to go. The headband lights only went over one ear, which was weird. I wouldnt buy it again but it did its job for halloween.Good for price! Good buy!The lights did not work at all.
